The Concierge is primarily responsible for maintaining a pleasant, safe and professional environment while providing a consistent administrative presence in the building.
Responsibilities would include (but not be limited to):
- To ensure a readily available contact for all residents and their guests
- Monitoring the controlled access to and from the premises
- Car park entry & exit management
- Communication with residents and owners
- To manage the booking and supervision of the common facilities
- To provide new residents with relevant information of the facilities including By-Laws
- Receive and document (and if practical resolve) reports, service requests and complaints for the attention of the Facilities Manager
- Answering the phone and general administrative duties
- Maintaining accurate records of all contractors working on behalf of the Ownerʼs Corporation and related parties
- The management and supervision of residents moving in or out of the complex ensuring no damage occurs or additional cleaning is required
- Managing the day to day issues by ensuring adherence to the By-Laws along with other governance documentation
- Assist the manager when required
- Reviewing of Closed circuit television (CCTV)
- Managing access control systems
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises
- Computer/building systems operation
- Visitor and key register management
- Management of deliveries, mail sorting, package collection and distribution
- Assist in emergency evacuations
- Incident reporting
- Contractor liaison and
- Managing the use of lifts for practices such as residents moving in or out.
